I aspire to provide a warm, enlightening environment for personal growth. I am both a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) and Licensed Clinical Psychologist who uses a holistic, creative approach. My methods are tailored to each individual or couple and include gentle insight, bibliotherapy, meditation, mindfulness, EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) and mind-body methods such as Thought-Field-Therapy (TFT) and Energy Psychology (EP) among others. I feel inspired and honored to help individuals find meaning from their personal struggle to create balance and light in their lives. I blend a variety of creative tools and techniques, depending on the needs and personality of the individual. I utilize a personalized, holistic counseling approach to treat all levels of the person; the emotional, psychological, energetic and spiritual.

Insight + Reshape Beliefs + Meaning = Wellness

Change is about developing insight; finding a deeper, more compassionate understanding of yourself and those around you. To grow, we all must let go of old, unhealthy ways of viewing ourselves, others, and life. When we uncover the beliefs that are no longer helpful and release these mentally, emotionally, energetically, and physically, change occurs organically. With support and encouragement, a new view of self begins to emerge. We allow and accept our innermost feelings and ideas, which reveals new choices and a caring relationship with ourselves. With new awareness and self-compassion, self-worth grows and one's experience of life becomes richer, fuller. Ultimately, this allows us to uncover new meaning in our personal struggle and to appreciate the life lessons we seek to master.

In sum, my approach fosters deeper awareness, self-acceptance, and inner compassion to bring about a richer, more balanced life. I support and guide individuals to access their innate wisdom and their ability to heal themselves.
